Another secondment in the frame of the GaitREHub project has just started. Our team member Dionysis Koulouris will be hosted for the following months at KU Leuven.
Dionysis has been working at BioAssist as Software & Research Engineer since 2019. He is also a PhD candidate at the University of Piraeus. His research work focuses on Human-Machine Interaction technologies and applications in the context of remote patient monitoring and assistive environments that improve quality of life. Dionysis’ technical skillset will contribute to the implementation of GaitREHub and will be further expanded through his secondment. In collaboration with project partners at KUL, Dionysis will work on the design and development of a mobile application that captures motion data from various sensors for gait analysis.
